Sign‑off sheets are printable documents designed to collect employees’ signatures for activities such as briefings (Toolbox Talks / ad‑hoc training sessions). A sign-off sheet can be converted into a briefing once created. Learn more about briefings by clicking here.
Please note that you can currently only add sign-off sheets or briefings if you have permission to add staff. If you don't have access you will get a message 'There is no such site or membership' when you try to add one. Contact Opus and we will add this on your behalf. Or if you would like your managers to be able to do this speak to us and we will change your configuration.
Follow the steps below to create a Sign-off sheet:
From the site inbox page click the 'Switch to Manage Mode' button
Select the 3 dots menu in the top right
From the menu that appears, select "Briefings & Sign-off sheets"
Hit the '+New' button at the top of the page.
Select '+Continue' under Sign-off sheet
Input the name of the sheet (the name of the training given)
Then select the participants via role or individual employee
Finally, Click Generate Sheet
Once the Sheet has been generated, you can print it off to be signed and then convert it into a briefing.
