My Dashboard

When logging into the system, your default landing page will be My Dashboard.

My Dashboard is your simple overview and launch point for what’s going on in your Opus Compliance Cloud world.

The Dashboard is arranged into five main Dashboard Tiles. Each Dashboard Tile gives you some summary information on a different part of the system and links for taking further actions on that information.

The Dashboard Tiles are:

- Dive In
- Keep up with your training
- If you only do one thing today
- Security
- Stay in the loop

Here is a brief description of each Dashboard Tile:

Dive In

This is your launch point for managing your tasks.

This Dashboard Tile lists the Task Inbox for each site you have access to.

For each Task Inbox listed, the tile shows a summary with:

- The newest task created in that Task Inbox
- The number of tasks assigned to you from that Task Inbox
- The number of open unassigned tasks in the Task Inbox

If you have access to multiple workspaces, there is a handy workplace switcher button “Pick Workspace” to switch between your workspaces.

Keep up with your training

This is your launch point for reviewing your personal training.

This Dashboard Tile lists names and links to any of your due, or overdue; e-Learning, Training or Checklists. If you click on any of the listed items, you will be taken directly to that training item and can begin to complete the item.

Note - due training will show here but it can't be clicked on, as this will need updating by a manager from the task or your employee record.

If you click on your employee name you will be taken to your employee inbox.

If you only do one thing today

This is your launch point for what to do next.

If you’re not sure what to do next, this Dashboard Tile displays a suggestion. It suggests the task from your sites’ Task Inboxes which is:

- Assigned to you + the oldest of the highest priority of all the tasks assigned to you.

If you have no tasks assigned to you, then the displayed suggestion is the:

- Oldest of the highest priority tasks in any of your sites’ Task Inboxes.

If you click on the suggested task, you will be taken directly to that task.

Security

This Dashboard Tile highlights information about your Opus Compliance Cloud account configuration.

The Dashboard Tile prompts you with any recommended actions relating to your Security Profile & Settings, and provides information on the setting, and a quick link to adjust the setting.

Stay in the loop

This Dashboard Tile highlights information about your current settings for how Opus Compliance Cloud will contact you with alerts and other information.

The Dashboard Tile highlights whether or not you are subscribed to:

Notifications on new tasks relating to your personal employee record
Notifications on new tasks added to your sites’ Task Inboxes
A periodic digest email for notifications of events at your sites
The Opus Newsletter
