From My Dashboard, click on "Pick workspace" and select the site where you want to add the contractor.
From the site inbox page click the 'Switch to Manage Mode' button
Click 'Contractors' on the manage sidebar:
Hit the '+New' button at the top right of the page.
Contractor name: Enter the contractor's name
Photo (optional): Provide a photo for this contractor
Website (optional): Enter the contractor's website address
Phone (optional): Enter the contractor's contact phone number
Email (optional): Enter the contractor's contact email
Keep requirements up-to-date outside of projects?:
Selecting Yes will mean requirement tasks for this contractor will still appear for you to complete even if the contractor has no active projects.
Selecting No will mean requirement tasks for this contractor will only appear if the contractor has an active project.
Contractor Types: Select the types(s) for this contractor.
Please ensure you select the appropriate type(s), as these determine the contractor's requirements.
You may select multiple types where required.
Please note that additional supplementary types may be available, typically indicated with a “+” prefix (e.g. “+Gas Works”). These are designed to be used in conjunction with a core type.
To view the specific requirements for each type, hover over the ellipsis (…) to the right of the type title.
Located at: Modify the site the record will be located at if needed.
Depending on your site configuration, you may only have one option.
