Use the Search bar to search/filter the list of items showing in the report by name
By default, the snapshot is pre-populated to filter for items that are overdue as of tomorrow, meaning it displays all currently overdue items.
Tip: Clearing this date range using the red Clear Date button will display all possible items in the report - including not due, due, and overdue.
This is very useful for the Employee Training or Elearning reports, as it allows you to generate a list including information like Employee Name, Requirement Name, Date of Last Completion, etc. (effectively OCC's equivalent of a traditional training matrix).
Choose from a wide range of filtering options to tailor the information to your needs. You can filter by role, requirement type, site, and even by whether an item is archived.
See the list of items in the report via this table. The table is paginated, and you can flick through the pages using the page element at the bottom.
If required. You can export all of the items in this report to a csv to then be uploaded and used in external software, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
