2023
15th December
Significant update to the system: We've unified several workflows and removed obstacles to future development across numerous features.
13th November
Very large update, mainly behind the scenes things which will unlock some future development opportunities.
We do now show all available asset types when viewing site asset lists. This will assist in identifying any asset gaps.
8th November
Site event email subscriptions have been updated. You can now choose to get in system notifications or both in system notifications and emails.
You can also choose what severity tasks you are alerted to but for the majority you would use the 'always' option.
We have also added the ability to subscribe to automated corrective actions created via checklists.

2nd November
Task notifications digest - this is an additional email subscription that you can opt into either on a daily or weekly basis.
It will email you about any unread task notifications.

30th October
Task update notifications bell - number unread count added.
The count doesn't currently update live but will recalculate on page reload.
10th October
Display name shown on employee records. This was added in to help diagnose issue where employees have accidentally shared log ins.
3rd October
2 factor authentication added. Please get in touch with Opus if you want to make this compulsory for your organisation.
18th September
Pop up warning added to warn you that a task you are closing has open delegate tasks.

First version of in system notifications added - guidance here.

Employees injured in accidents will now show them on their employee page.
This also works for drivers involved in RTCs

NB this function is likely to be renamed from Safety Briefings to provide more flexibility in how it can be used.
28th July
Assets can now be added to a sub site when managing assets at a parent level. You will see a new 'Owned by' option'
Checklist submissions can now have the previous answers cleared out and a new form submitted if you want to complete these before they are due. This may useful if you are going on leave or you want to complete the checklists at a certain time of the month.
25th July
Checklist submissions now show the relative time between them to make it easier to see if they have been done on time.
You can switch to viewing dates / time via this button
Comment formatting - further options hidden behind a 'formatting' button.
Also on mobile, formatting options replaced with icons for wase of use.
20th July
Ability to add free text questions or compulsory image questions to checklists.
Move task option - the ability to move tasks between sites if you have access to more than one site.
Text fields now auto expand to fit the contents. This also improves printing of tasks as there is no need to manually expand the fields beforehand.
Enhancements made to browser based translation. Elements such as the site name, employee name, and labels will no longer be translated
Footer added to all pages with quick links including contacting support and a link to this page
13th July
Warning message shown when entering future dates
Audits - now have an expanded view where you can see comments and photos. To access this just click on any comment icon in your audit. This expanded view also prints out in a better format
Asset types - you can now add your own asset types, previously this was an Opus only feature
6th July
View historic checklist submission now show a comment icon against questions where comments have been made:
Also checklist submissions history now shows the number of actions created.
Training records on the employee page now shows due date not overdue - will still show as red when overdue.
Ability for managers to purge training submissions, in case errors are made. Note you have to be a manager at a higher level than the employee to be able to do this

Optional report templates added: Fire Evacuation / Drill and Security Incident. We're working on being able to schedule the drill:

Media files can now be uploaded to documents
Task list now have a 'total' option in addition to 'Open' and 'Resolved':
Corrective actions now show the 'Author' in the Source section on the right hand side, so you can see who raised the action

Option added to toggle tasks between confidential and non confidential states. Non confidential tasks are unable to be viewed by users (non managers) unless they are assigned:

Incident Report page added. Accessible via the Task Reports page this gives you a summary and breakdown of incidents across your site(s)
26th April
Enforcement Office Visit - new report type added to all sites:
Injury Incident form now has a 'is the injured party over 18?' question, if yes the form will ask for the age. Added to assist with stats and document retention.
Incident form - causation is now an output field so you see this in output fields in task reports
20th April
Site snapshot - result page improved, now show 'due from' and 'overdue at' columns
You can now paste links into comments. Just highlight the text and past your link in.
13th April
Big speed improvements made across the system.
Site snapshot moved to its own page - doesn't generate every time you go into the site manage overview page and slow you down.
Asset / Site QR scanned page - next task shows higher up now so no need to scroll down on mobile to find it.
Moving assets - the 'Belongs to' function has been improved for easier moving of assets to other sites.
Role Requirements - clicking on the training/ E-learning / checklist shows all the staff that have the requirements and shows if its completed or not.
Site Snapshot - clicking on the numbers now takes you to a new page where you can filter courses etc (in Beta)

New improved display of sites and hierarchy from parent sites.
Task Labels now have links to prevalence reports. (hover over and click on the chart icon)
Employee checklists can be added per role now.
Checklist submission history now show links directly to any actions raised.
Ability to make a report against an employee (currently via 'all tasks' on employee view). Uses the 'something else' template.
Major database changes to allow for future functionality.

Large file support now added - mainly for video files which can be watched in system.
Progress bar added for large file uploads.

22nd December
Task reports - common date ranges are now filters. This means that users can bookmark year to date or last quarter range searches.
Automated correctiver actions now have a source section on the right hand side. This tells the user which checklist and which question generated the question.
13th December
RTC reporting template - now you can select the employee.
Injury incidents:
users prevented from resolving without employee or non employee fields being entered.
time lost field compulsory to prevent missed data.
prevent resolving unless at least one label from each label type applied
Assigned tasks will auto close if assigned. (as long as they're not commented on)
QR landing pages will show the top existing task relating to the asset.
12th December
Archived employees and assets automatically have their tasks closed. Same for employee training
Tasks that have been closed prematurely (i.e. the 'thing' that the task relates to hasn't been done) will now be re-created. This prevents users closing off tasks to clear their lists without actually doing what is required!
8th December
Ability to see what tasks are assigned to an individual. (currently only if you have top level access)
Hover over on labels show a pop up to show the common name and label category.
1st December
Tasks will now auto-resolve if completed from this date forwards as long as it hasn't been assigned or commented on. Soon we will apply to historic tasks.
24th November
You can now export task reports in CSV format, which allows you to analyse off system.
New look for assigning labels dialog.
Scanning a QR code now has a landing page in a similar style to other quick navigation. Additionally, a login button shows if you're not logged in in order to get you access to hidden buttons.
Labels have a cleaner and less agressive look.
Better responsiveness (mobile screens) for document pages.
Employee management and asset management now has less clicks and is merged with "record page" and "manage page".
17th November
In reports, if you select a filter (Site only / asset only / employee only) or change the default sort order, it now shows you what you selected.
You can now see training history (if you're a manager).
Checklist submissions history page has been optimised for printing as well as a number of other pages.
A lot of pages now have a "return" icon to "return to where you came from". The back icon we had before still shows in mobile, but we try to bring you back to where you came from.
System message when trying to resolve an incident without an outcome label has not yet been set.
We now show most common date filters on the reports page. Week to date, last year, last quarter etc.

Profile update prompt added when editing tasks.

User can now subscribe to email notifications for incidents that have been logged.
