Performance Report

The performance report is an innovative metric to establish how well your site are using Opus Compliance Cloud and managing their health and safety.

The two metrics are:

'Assigning responsibilities' - this is how quickly tasks are assigned to a user. We recommend aiming for 2 weeks or less

'Problems should be solved and not reoccur' - this is how quickly tasks are closed as long as they don't re-occur.

Sites are benchmarked against their peer group. For example, if there is one client site with three sites below that, each of these three sites will be compared against one another. Similarly, if there are three sites grouped under a sub-parent category, such as a geographic region, these sites will be evaluated in relation to each other.

What Should I Aim For?

You should aim for a positive score - this means your site is performing better than your peers

How Can I Improve My Score?

• Assign tasks promptly

• Resolve tasks promptly but make sure they are only closed down when correctly resolved otherwise they may reoccur and this will affect your score.
