Re-auditing Sites

Step 1 - Review Previous Audit Actions

Navigate to the audit actions from the previous audit on the client dashboard - you can do this from the auditor's audit view and click on the 'See that report on [site name]'

Review all open actions by going to the bottom of that page:

Resolve them if they are no longer an issue and have been rectified.

DO NOT CLOSE OFF ACTIONS IF THEY HAVEN'T BEEN FIXED - THIS WILL CAUSE ISSUES WITH REPORTING

Stage 2 - Update Audit

Find your audit from your list (you can se the search feature) and click on the title.

Click on 'Fill In' in the top right.

A) Audit is due for resubmission

If the audit is ready for completion (it has hit the lead time) then complete the audit as normal - it will look like this at the top:

B) Audit is not yet due for resubmission

If the audit is not ready for completion (it is before the lead time)  - it will look like this at the top.

To complete this audit then click on 'turn off prefilling....'

Note - you now only need to do this once

Now complete audit and score / comment as normal

Open Actions From Previous Audits

If an audit action has an open action there will be an icon next to it.

Update that action accordingly with comment / file eg :

'still an issue on audit 08/08/24'

or

'problem was identified in warehouse 1 on previous audit, additionally there is now another issue in warehouse 2.' Please ensure this is fixed as well before resolving this action'

A future update will automatically add your new comment to the already existing open action but until then your comment file will not be added to the already open action that is why it is important to update the already open action.
