To start a new project click on +New on your RAMS projects page.
You will then have a number of fields to complete.
The first part of the project will ask you to fill in some basic details.
You can add a site photo in the description by using the attach image option in the formatting bar.
You can use the 'Add additional information' button to add new fields in such as 'Assistant Supervisor'
You'll then be asked to add your insurance certificate
Next you will be asked to add any equipment. This will pick from the assets in the main part of OCC.
Once you add an asset it will show you the documents that have been added against it in the main part of OCC. You will be able to pick these to add these to the project export.
You will see a warning if the certificate is out of date. You should update this document in the asset.
Note: the export always pulls the latest version of a certificate, so if the document is updated later, the new version will be used.
Now you will add the staff members - like equipment this will pull from your staff list and will allow you to add relevant training certificates.
On the remainder of this page you will need to confirm the contents of the following sections- but if you don't need some sections in your export you can skip them.

Health & safety policy statement of intent
Site induction and rules
Site induction register
Work activity information
You will see the default Opus text in these. Each section is pre-filled with default Opus text - amend it to fit your company and the specific project.
Tip - to save you having to re-edit each time we recommend that you create a template project that you can copy from. You may find it's best to create a few templates to cover the standard types of project you carry out.
