Moving an Asset

If an asset has moved to another site, you can easily update it in the system, as long as you have access to both the current site and the new one. If not, reach out to someone in your organisation who does or get in touch with Opus.

Step 1

From My Dashboard, click on "Pick workspace" and select the site where the asset is located.

Step 2

From the site inbox page click the 'Switch to Manage Mode' button

Step 3

Click 'Assets' on the manage sidebar:

Find and select the asset you wish to move in the list.

Step 5

Hit the 'Edit' button in the top right

Step 6

Scroll down to the 'Located at' section and select the top / parent site.

(The section shows sites directly above and below the current site in your organisation. If you're moving the asset horizontally across an organisation, these sites will not show until you do this step / move it to the parent site first.)

Step 7

Click Save at the bottom and click the edit button again.

Now move the asset back down to the correct location.

Step 8

Once done, click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
