Once you have created the initial project or if you edit an existing project you will be on the project page.
From here there are options to export, duplicate or edit.
Each of the sections that you completed before will be viewable on this page in collapsible sections.
The next stage is adding assessments.
You will need to do this for the below as needed:
COSHH assessments
Manual handling assessments
Method statements
Risk assessments
Toolbox talks
Vibration assessments
If you select the green 'Manage' button you will see a list of available assessments that you can add to the project.
In the Origin column you will be able to see if they are an Opus assessment or one of your own.
You can tick which assessments are relevant for this project.
Selecting the arrow next to the assessment will expand it so you can preview the contents.
Once saved, you return to the project where you will see two options on the right-hand side of each assessment: Promote and Override.
Promote copies an Opus template into your own library so you can edit it there and reuse it on future projects.
Override edits the content of the assessment for this project only. If you are using a standard Opus assessment, you should override it to make sure the content reflects the specifics of your project.
Toolbox talks are scheduled based on your project's duration. If your project lasts longer than the number of talks selected, the sequence will repeat. For example, if you choose 5 talks for a 10-week project, a new talk will be delivered each week for the first 5 weeks, and then the cycle will start again from the beginning.
