Viewing Assets

Any user can take a look at your assets. It's easy, just click 'Assets' in the top menu bar.

On the Asset screen, you'll see all your assets. You can search for them by name, or filter by type or site:

To get a closer look at an asset, just click on its name:

On the asset screen you will be able to:

- - - See tasks related to this asset (they'll also be in the site inbox)
    - Click on 'Checklists' to see available checklists for the asset and complete them (but it's quicker to use the link in the task)
    - Click 'Documents' to view any related documents
    - Report a defect via the 'Report Something' button

If you want to add or edit assets, head over to the Manage Assets section.

You can get there by going to the site manage page (Inbox > Manage) and selecting Assets from the Manager Sidebar:

Or, from the view assets screen, just click 'Manage Assets'.
