Completing E-learning or Employee Checklists For a Non-Registered User

Even without a login, employees can still do E-learning and complete checklists, but it's easier and quicker with their own login ( see here). If they have an official email address, using a login is recommended.

If  E-learning, or employee checklists are due you will have a task for this in your site inbox:

You can click on the link in the task and it will take you straight to the page for that E-learning / checklist for that employee.

However, it's likely that the employee will have a number of tasks to do so we advise dealing with these all at the same time from the employee's page.

First navigate to the employees page by selecting 'Manage' then clicking on All Employees in the sidebar.

Next, find the employee and lick on their name.

For E-learning 

Scroll down to get to the E-learning section:

Click 'Complete' or 'Fill in' on the right hand side and you will see this screen:

Method 1 - ask the employee to scan the QR code on a mobile device.

Tip - if you have an employee with lots of E-learning courses to complete, open up the links in separate tabs - that way when the employee completes one course, you can show them the next one without having to navigate back to their record. To open links in separate tabs right click and select 'open link in new tab'.

Method 2 - Click 'Copy link' and send the link to the employee

Method 3 - Click 'Use this device' and hand over your device to the employee. Note this will log you out as a security measure.

Once completed , employee will see a confirmation page:

Click 'Mark as completed' and make sure there's internet or WiFi signal.

For Employee Checklists

Scroll down to the 'Checklists' section and click 'Fill in'

You will now see a screen similar to this

Methods are the same as E-learning :

Method 1 - ask the employee to scan the QR code on a mobile device.

Method 2 - Click 'Copy link' and send the link to the employee

Method 3 - Click 'Use this device' and hand over your device to the employee. Note this will log you out as a security measure.

Regardless of method they will see the checklist:

Complete the questions, and add any comments where they need to flag an issue.

Click 'Submit answers' when done.
