Health Surveillance
Health surveillance forms are allocated by Role Requirements .
Health surveillance records (completed forms and any action tasks) can be viewed by any manager who has access to the site where the employee is at.
For managers - they can only view the health surveillance records of another manager if they have a higher level of access within the company hierarchy. This hierarchical structure helps maintain privacy while enabling the necessary oversight of health surveillance records.
Remember, managers can always access their own records.
