Uploading an Employee Document File

Via a task

If a document is due for revision then you should have a task for it in your inbox:

Click on the link in the task:

Then you can upload the new file.

Date of revision is the when the document was created.

Sometimes you might want to an asset document and there isn't a task for it, here's how:

From the Site Inbox, click on Manage, then select 'All Employees' from the sidebar

Find and click on the employee

Then click 'Documents' in the sidebar

Then find the document you want to update and click on 'Show / Revise' on the right hand side

On the next screen, click on '+ Revise (upload file)''

Add and date the new file

Then click 'Save' and you're done.
