Our Opus team can access a page that shows all your training and E-learning templates that shows the default intervals for when new records are added. (
We can also edit these defaults to update existing records for all staff. For example, if you want to change the lead time (when the to-do task is generated), or if you want to change how often a specific training type should be reviewed.
This page also shows how many records differ from the default interval, which can help spot input errors on imported training records where due dates were incorrectly set or even removed so will they never go overdue.
