Note - If the training you want to add is new - please create a new training template first - see here.
Go to the employee's record.
Click on '+ New' in the training section:
Click on '+ Continue' on the relevant training template -If you have lots of training, use CTRL + F to search in your browser.
On the next screen, you'll see the default name, submission frequency, etc. Keep these as the default for that training, unless this record needs to be different from others using this training template.
At the bottom of the page, you have the option to add the training certificate. If you don't, an individual training requirement will be created, and an outstanding task will be created to add the certificate later.
Click '+ Save training' when done
