Description of Course:
Neshaminy High School health and physical education is designed to equip students with the appropriate knowledge and skills to live a health-conscious lifestyle upon graduation. The physical education curriculum is structured, so students gain an appreciation for physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression and/or social interaction. The health curriculum affords students the ability to access, understand, appraise, apply and advocate for health information and services in order to maintain or enhance one's own health and the health of others.
