Welcome to another newsletter, the last one before christmas!
With christmas music in the office, everyone is getting in the Holiday spirit and our thoughts are already in the long weekend.
This week you'll read about our position in the Fresh DC League and you can find a recap of our XMAS Market.

The 0 - 10 - 1 Fresh DC League
Finishing in the top position we have Summerlea/Timberlea who performed consistently during the whole year by staying in the top spot of the podium 9 times this year, a great farewell before starting its journey in HelloFresh NA. Chilly Bin 2.0 impressed by moving from the mid-field to be a champion contender in 2nd position thanks to reduction in accidents. And, we have an impressive tie with Chalet, Esky and Prismalaan sharing the 3rd position , achievement thanks to their consistency throughout the year.
Thanks everyone for the great achievements and support. Keep up the great work, everybody! And Let's aim for a number 1 position next year!!

All Hands Q4 session recap
For colleagues who were not able to attend the All-Hands Q4 session, here is the link to the PowerPoint of the meeting.
As most of you know, and as also presented in the all-hands Q4 session last Wednesday, everyone has been working hard on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and the Yearly planning for 2024. In this document, it is outlined, and you can see all the initiatives per quarter. For the projects launching in January, we are already busy getting everything in ready. Think of Project Nightshift and the launch of Factor Nordics. For all other Q1 projects, project groups will be formed in the month of January. If you have any questions about this, you can reach out to your supervisor. For more information about OKRs and what they mean, I refer you to this link. As you can read in my poem, I believe we have put together an incredibly challenging plan with many exciting initiatives that will strengthen us as a team and elevate our processes to a higher level! Hopefully, it inspires all of you!
Golden Box winner!
During the Christmas market, we handed out the last Golden Box of 2023. Izabela Wieczorek was the well deserved winner with 48 out of 250 votes. A recordbreaking number of votes which we only hope to increase in 2024. Congratulations Izabela, we hope you enjoy your gift!
Finished Onboarding Project POC students
Yesterday, the student consultants of the Master People, Organizations and Change presented their final product to the People OPS team. We asked them to write a practical onboarding program for our frontline workforce, to make sure we engage our new joiners from day 1. We were amazed to see the product they delivered, which was of very high quality and included some very easy to implement solutions. For example, they propose an onboarding package, with a visual and easy to understand flyer that gives our new colleagues the most important information they need to know to start working at our DC. We will discuss this plan with the production leads to see if and where we need to finetune the different proposed solutions. Hopefully, we can then start implementing some of them at the beginning of 2024 already!
