Every day, observations are made in the HelloFresh offices and on the production floors. Every month we award two Safety-observations with a giftcard.
In Health Week (in October) there was a rowchallenge. Of the three participating locations, the most kilometers were made by... location Klappolder!
The results are in Dutch, but there's no doubt about it! ;-)
In week 40 part of the Prismalaan inbound team received extra training on meat quality. Based on errors they started checking several SKU's on specific meat quality aspects. For example, they open one package of each chicken breast delivery and smell if there is an off odor. Their insights are used by the FSQA and procurement team to discuss improvements with suppliers. In the graph you see a decline in meat quality comments by our customers. This shows that the improved collaboration between the product, procurement, FSQA and inbounding team leads to direct improvement of our products. Great work!
