With the weather changing drastically the past few days, we need to adjust to the heavy winds and rain. Nevertheless, we'll keep on going!
This week we see a new update from the OPS-Tech team, many important HR updates and a big celebration!

Production Updates
OKR 2.3 Results
This morning, we celebrated achieving our OKR 2.3! For the first time this year, we had an error rate below 1.5%. In respectively W42 and W43 we achieved an error rate of 1.47% and 1.36%. This is a huge accomplishment only possible with great team work and a sharp focus.

OPS-TECH Sprint recap and update
Hello! The past 2 weeks the ops-tech team focused mainly on implementing a new database for
the Kanban move-order app. Miguel created a nice new prototype that we will continue to develop.
Furthermore, we processed a lot of feedback on the Inpaklijsten form the new Chimera code-base, which will be used for all lists for the first time coming boxweek!
We've also started plotting together with the fust- and expedtion teams to get a new fusttool in 2024.
The year is flying past, only 4 more sprints (8 weeks) to go until the end of the year! The team took the time this week to plan the coming 4 sprints, with a focus on reaching our domain health score.
If we collaborate closely with the Business Owners, the score seems to be within reach!
The coming 2 weeks, sprint 21, we will work on the Waste Tool and Waste tableau dashboard. Second, the work will continue on the kanban application. Lastly, we will put quite some time in changing the way historic data is saved by the fusttool.

On December 20th, starting at 15:00, we will have our annual Christmas market! Mark your calendars and get ready for a fun afternoon/evening, fully Christmas themed.
Hygiene products
As of today, (female) hygiene products are available in the female bathrooms. Downstairs, you can find 2 dispensers and in the office you can find 1. Please let facility or HR know when they're empty; then they will make sure they are refilled.
Engagement survey for frontline!
From November 6-19, we are running an engagement survey for all our frontline staff, including temp agencies. This means we will hopefully gather important insights on topics like employee well-being, HelloFresh leadership and diversity & inclusion from around 700 people. And, for the ones filling it in, a nice customized gift will be waiting 👀.
Encourage your team members to fill it in! A plan will be announced soon to make sure everyone knows how, when, and where they can fill in the survey.
AFAS & Workday update
Another week with another Workday update. As communicated on Wednesday, we will NOT go live yet with the HR system Workday. This has mainly to do with the fact that there are technical issues related to the integration with AFAS. Therefore, starting November 10th, AFAS will go live again and you will use that system like you're used to. Vacation can be requested through the app again, as well as registering your sickness.
