Production Updates
OPS-tech sprint recap and update
A hectic two weeks! We went live with the new Chimera code that produces the splitslijsten, stellingslijsten and inpaklijsten for both the digital and paper versions.
This was a team effort that involved a lot of help from SCC, Opex, Pick&Pack and ofcourse
the internal logistics team. Thanks!
We had a lot of feedback (much more than expected, thanks for the good suggestions!) and will be processing these the coming days (the urgent ones) and weeks.
Besides project Chimera, we also did a lot of preparation for the Xmas box. Researching what needs
to be done and how we will technically facilitate this.
We had a lot more planned, but due to sickness in the team, people on leave and bugs in a couple of tools and more emerging topics for Chimera than expected we underlivered compared to our goals. We will learn from this and adjust our planning accordingly.
We have also been trailling a new portal where people can raise bugs and change requests:

More information will follow, this is still a testing version, but feel free to already use it when you see bugs or problems with your tools!
Coming sprint we will focus on processing the feedback on the chimera projects, work on the Waste Tableau dashboard, and fix a bug in the Fusttool that occurs when two Fustbonnen are created at the same time.

Larry the Lime
These past three weeks have been about sweat and tears for Larry. Not only did he kick-off his career at HelloFresh, he also had to look good for the camera’s. Despite his nerves the star of the safety campaign performed incredibly well. While he can’t wait for post production to be finished and see the first episodes on the narrowcasting, everyday life continues for Larry. Which means he’s here with this week's safety update.
Safety tip of the week
Did you see an unsafe situation but do not want to share your name with us? Submit the incident anonymously! In Ultimo, right next to ‘reported by’ or ‘zgłoszenie przez’, there is a box you can check to make the report anonymous. This way we’ll still be able to work on it and make the workplace safer.

Using Ultimo
For a while now, it's possible to make your own report in Ultimo with the use of the tablet which is stationed in the canteen. When you make a report in Ultimo, you have two options to choose from: you can either choose to 'create a report' or to 'report a safety incident'.
If you choose the first option, the facility- or the technical department will solve your report. This option should be chosen whenever there is, for example, a defect on the production floor or something needs to be cleaned.
The second option will be taken up by the HSE department. This option should be chosen whenever there has been an unsafe situation or an incident on the production floor. So for example, when an emergency exit is blocked by pallets, you should report this in Ultimo.
Please make sure to choose the right option, we do not want to lose your report in the mix-up!
Expedition lockers moved
We would like to inform you that the three sections of lockers near Expedition have been relocated to the hallway near the canteen. These lockers now occupy the first three rows from the canteens' side.
‼️ Launch new HR system Workday ‼️
Hi team, as communicated, starting on October 26th we will switch to a new HR system. This means as of October 11th, we will no longer be able to use AFAS. More information will follow, including a "how-to" guide and your log-in details. In the meantime, you can find information in the mail we have sent you regarding the Workday launch.

Hi everyone,
My name is Thea Stratton and this week I started as a Project Manager in the OpEx team. I'm originally from the UK but I've lived in the Netherlands for five years, first in Delft where I studied until 2020 and since February in Den Haag.
In my free time, I like going to the gym and hosting dinner parties for my friends. I'm also quite a creative person and I enjoy both knitting and sewing my own clothes. I've been learning Dutch for four years now and I'm currently working towards my NT2 Staatsexamens so if you're a Dutch speaker, feel free to help me practice and correct me!
