Production Updates
Kitting dashboard is back
You may have seen it already, but the kitting progress dashboard is back.
The dashboard is linked to the system of the kitting lines (DMP), meaning it automatically updates as soon as the pallet label on the line is printed.
The dashboard shows the daily progress or completion rate of the mealkits that need to be produced.
It allows the line leads and team leads to monitor progress and filter on specific information such as portion size or group of lines much easier.

OPS-TECH Sprint recap and update
Hello! We are the ops-tech team. We work in a 2 week "sprint" cycle. Meaning we estimate and plan our work on a 2 week basis. From now on, we will give a (short) recap and preview of what we're working on every 2 weeks.

Last 2 weeks we had our hands full with migrating a lot of data form one platform to another. Furthermore, we finalized the data back-end of the chimera applications. Unfortunately we did underestimate the work required to replace the old excel splitting tool with the new chimera python tool, meaning we will do more work on this in the next 2 week. Also, we started working on the front-end of Chimera. Lastly, Max starting working with Helene (French team) on protecting the waste-tool better.
Coming 2 weeks we will be focusing on moving the ownership of Danny's waste tool from the French team to the Benelux team. This will allow us to make changes needed to improve the process.
Furthermore we will have a first prototype for the chimera-app, which allows move orders to be created and assigned to drivers for internal logistics. Lastly, we will make the final step in killing our old excel splitting tool, which is testing and trialing with the internal logistics team.
GDPR-compliancy
Yesterday we have started a project to achieve GDPR-compliancy at Production. This means that all processing of personal data will be in line with European-wide legislation. More information can be found here.
As a first tip I would like all of you to take a look at the downloaded files on your computer and make sure that all files with customer names, addresses and contact information will be deleted. Most of you will probably hear more about this in the weeks to come. In case you have any questions, tips or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to Corne Heijnen!
HSE Mascot
Unfortunately, we have a technical problem with last week's mentimeter which prevented us from reading results. Therefore, you may vote again for the name of our mascot!
In the past few weeks we have been working hard on our safety mascot! As you can see it turned out quite nice. In the meantime we are working on creating a few animation videos with our mascot in the lead to visualize safety. The visual safety campaign will be launched in Q4.. stay tuned for the exact date ;)
But....
The mascot still needs a name. Please vote for your favourite name!

HelloSki
After the roaring success of last year's ski trip, organization has begun for the 2024 trip!! All we need from you right now is to know if you are interested so we have some rough numbers of how many we can expect on this trip of a life time.
The format will be similar to last year, 4 days/ 3 nights Thursday to Sunday. Exact dates to be confirmed, but we are currently looking at options in Jan and Feb. Last year's trip cost around €650 per person, we will be aiming for roughly the same price this year. We will work out exact costs and give more details over the coming weeks/ months so you can make a final decision.

Golden Box voting has started
After last quarter's success with Barbara as the well-deserved winner, you can now vote for our second Golden Box winner! You can vote on paper at the reception desk downstairs or via the QR code.
Voting runs from 04/09/2023 until 18/09/2023 so don't wait too long! The same rules apply as last time; you can only vote once and do not vote for yourself. The winner will be announced on September 20th.
