Visual Management Quality Check
Last week we successfully completed the pilot around the visual management check, you might have received an email last week about it where we announced the project and the pilot with more detailed information. The internal transport team ensures that the products that need to be checked are registered in the quality form. With this information we will analyse the issues to better understand what problems are occurring.
The ultimate goal is to improve our quality for our customer satisfaction. Many thanks to Badr Saddik, Joanna Czajka, Kamil levandowski, Karolina Mika and all the others who set up this project and the pilot in a successful way. After a week of testing, some adjustments will be made on the technical side. In addition, we expect to share outcomes with all interested parties by mail every two weeks to keep you up to date!
Ps: we ask everyone to contribute to this project to make it a real succes! If you have any ideas or input then please let us know by sending an email to Badr or Ibtissam or we can ofcourse discuss it in the hall way;)

Expecting visitors? Register them in Envoy!
Did you know that we have a visitor registration system called Envoy? Within this system you can register your visitors for Bleiswijk.
If you sign them in, Barbara will know when to expect guests. With this, the welcome is even better and your guest will have a good first impression of our company!
To log-in to Envoy for the first time, you need to create an account. This is an explanation on how to create an account and register a new-visitor:
1: Go to Envoy
2. Select ‘Log-in’ at the top-right corner.
3. Login with your mail address to get started.
4. Confirm the mail that you have received in your inbox.
5. Create a new password.
6. You have now successfully logged in and are at the homepage of the Envoy visitor registration system.
7. To invite a new visitor, select 'visitor' and subsequently ‘invites’ at the left pane.
8. Select ‘new invite’ at the top-right corner. You can select a single invite, or select a group of visitors, if applicable.
9. Scroll sown and select ' invite'. You don't need to select the other questions, these will need to be completed by the visitor.
Note: After the first visit registration in Envoy, the system will recognize and remember the details, which will ensure a smoother (and faster) log-in during the next visit. For example, your visitor only has to sign behavioral rules and watch the induction video once every half year.
Requesting Employee Discount
Starting on 03.08.2023 all current employee discount codes will be changed to an unique code.
Because of this change, the process to request an employee discount will change. From now on, we ask you to fill in this form.
This will be for all employee discounts on HelloFresh, Green Chef or Factor boxes.
If you already have an employee discount, we will switch you over automatically. Please check your account after 03.08.2023. If you do not see your 20% discount, please make sure to fill in the form and we'll update your account as soon as possible. We have tried to identify everyone with the data we have for you in AFAS. If your account is not in your own name or on the email known to us, please amend this before submitting the form.
We also have an employee discount for our agency workers. Because of the temporary nature of the contracts, these discounts are valid for three months. If the discount has expired, please request a new one via the form.
Feel free to share the form with our colleagues who are working for an agency.
Please note, the employee discount will be taken off your account after your contract ends.
Poolcar reservation system Bleiswijk
You can book the ID3 poolcars in Bleiswijk via the MooveSharing App. Through this App, you can reserve the pool cars for a specific time and unlock the car and get the key from the safe.
Users must be registered to use the pool cars and
the pool car can only be used when reserved by a registered user. If you want to be a registered user for the pool cars in Bleiswijk, send a message to Rianne or Edwin.
To keep the system working:
After the reservation/end of the trip, the key should be put back in the locker along with the tank/recharge card for the next user. If you don't put it back in, the system will no longer work for the next user.
Always put the car on a charger after use, so everyone always has a full battery to reach their destination.
Keep to the reserved time, a colleague may have booked the car right after you.
Are there any defects and/or fault lights? Report it in Ultimo so we can make sure it is resolved as quickly as possible!
Celebrations
Countdown... just a few weeks and then Green Chef will be 1 year old!!
Birthday Calender Week 33
Cath's Summer Chill Checklist
Dear colleagues, it's time for my last Summer Tip!
I am very glad to see that the weather forecast is becoming better and better!
Therefore, we will close this edition with a nice game you can play outside so you can enjoy the sunny weather!
You might have heard of Kubb, a Scandinavian wooden game to play outside.
Although this version (picture below) is not the original Kubb game, and should actually be called Mölkky, I personally prefer this one. This version can be bought at Action for a few euros! Really a nice game to play with your kids, your friends or anyone who wants to have a good time.
Very shortly said; Each player plays individually and the goal is to collect exactly 50 points. You earn points by tossing pins. The first one to reach 50 points, wins the game!
The complete rules are:
The set consists of a throwing pin, and 12 shorter wooden pins (also called "skittles") numbered from 1 to 12. The pins are initially placed in a tight group in an upright position 3–4 meters away from the throwing line, with the pins organized as follows: 1st row, 1/2; 2nd row, 3/10/4; 3rd row, 5/11/12/6; 4th row, 7/9/8. The players take turns to toss the throwing pin to try and knock over the numbered pins.
Knocking over one pin scores the number of points marked on the pin. Knocking 2 or more pins scores the number of pins knocked over (e.g., knocking over 3 pins scores 3 points). A pin does not count if it is leaning on the throwing pin or one of the numbered pins (it must be parallel to the ground to count).
Mölkky pins midway through a game, having been scattered and stood back up several times
After each throw, the pins are stood up again in the exact location where they landed. The first player to reach exactly 50 points wins the game. Scoring more than 50 will be penalized by setting the player's score back to 25 points. A player will be eliminated from the game if they miss all of the numbered pins three times in a row.
Hope you will all run to the store now and start playing this game! And if you're in for a small tournament...
I am very happy to join ;)
