Do it quickly because this App makes it super easy to create reports for our Facility & Maintenance department! 

Together with the QR codes you now see appearing at rooms, installations and inventory items, you can now make a notification super quick and easy so you can get back to your own work as soon as possible. In addition, the Facility & Maintenance team is also going to forward you to Ultimo so that we receive our work at 1 central point and therefore can resolve reports even faster.

As you might know  there are a lot of people in need who cannot afford to eat healthy food as HelloFresh. We are proud that we can donate fresh, healthy and delicious food every week to the foodbank. 

Some good news for Bleiswijk, we will soon be able to visit the Foodbank quarterly and do some volunteering. The leftovers are used to help people in need and the foodbank packs the products for them so everyone can enjoy fresh food.

Worried about how to get there? Well HelloFresh got you covered, we will arrange the transport from Bleiswijk to Spijkenisse and back. 

If you are interested in joining please inform your direct linelead. For some, this will be during working hours, but it may also take place outside your working hours depending on your shifts. 

Over the last months we have been testing the photosystem on 1 assembly line, creating more than 570.000 pictures.

The goal of this system is to better understand the errors that are reported by our customers, to see what we can learn from this.

Together with the global OPEX team we created an analysis by looking at the pictures made by the system and listening back to the conversations between the customer and customer care.

Based on the analysis we can conclude that the quality of our error data is not always right. Together with the customer care team we try to work on improving this, so we can focus on the right improvements.
