*The Hessing shortages and spinazie swaps (rejection Broersen) both occurred on Monday. After corrections of these errors, on Monday we still see above average errors on knoflookteen, rode ui, komkommer, wortel, and mix van gesneden spitskool en broccoli, from the same customers who were impacted by the aforementioned incidents (total contribution about 0.06%).
**The numbers between the parenthesis () are comparisons with last box week.
***For MPB calculation splitted boxcount is used. Hours of sick leave and vacation, as well as hours of seniors on the shop floor and technical department hours are not taken into account
Production Updates
Deadline BHV - Tuesday May 14th
First of all, it is great to see how many colleagues already applied for a position in the BHV-team. Thank you all for wanting to contribute to a safer work environment!
The deadline to sign up for the BHV is at the end of this BOX week. After the deadline we will process all applications and you will hear more before the end of this month!

Visit NORDICS Production Site BJUV (Sweden)
Last week some of our colleagues visited our production site in Bjuv (Sweden) to check out their building and HelloFresh Market set-up. Recently they launched the Cluster Picking process, and with us opening a new DC soon, we of course want to understand which process can help us being as efficient and error proof as possible - and develop our Operating Model . **New section in the newsletter**
Starting Box Week 21, a separate section will be opened for HSE and FSQA topics!
Annemiek and Daniëlle will update you weekly on safety statistics, GMP scores, Customer errors and other safety and food safety issues. In addition, Larry de Lime's Safety tip will return as a regular feature and updates on audits and controls will be given.

Mental Health Week May 13th to May 19th
It's almost here! From May 13th through May 19th, we will be organizing Mental Health Week, a week full of focus on mental health. We have a variety of fun activities planned to work together on healthier mental health. Besides these activities, we asked also for healthy and loaded vegetables meals from our Frietje to provide you all with the energy you need!

Energizers 13th of May
Monday 13th of May we will kick off the Mental Health Week with some energizers before the start of each shift. Below you see the schedule of our energizers.
What does this mean for you?
You don't have to do anything, just enjoy the good vibes and show everyone your biggest smile. Make sure you start on time for your shift.
Ofcourse you are welcome to join every energizer if your work let you :)

Also, don't forget to mark Friday May 19th in your calendar! That day we will organize an information market, where you can get a healthy snack, find out all about company fitness, lease-a-bike schemes and get financial advice from a budget coach to get your money matters in order.
The market will take place in front of the reception at the main entrance, so don't shy away to give the market a visit before start of your shift or during your break!

Step Challenge

On Tuesday, May 14, the workshop 'Mental Resilience' is scheduled from 10:00 to 11:30 am.
On Wednesday, May 15, we will talk about 'Work Happiness' from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
On Thursday, May 16, we will discuss work-life balance from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Maintenance Wifi Network
Wednesday 15 May there will be maintenance to the Wifi network. This maintenance is needed to provide our uptime and 24x7 on-call services from Fulfillment Center IT. During this maintenance, WIFI is NOT available. All cabled devices are not impacted.
