This Boxweek we give you an update about our first All Hands session for our frontline, the statutory leave of 2023, the Day Against Racism and Discrimination and much more!

Production Updates
Kick-Off Material Planning Pilot
Recently we kicked off the Material Planning Pilot project. This project is a close collaboration between the Material Planning (SCC), OpEx and FSQA teams.
The objectives of the MP Pilot are:
Definition and standardization of the Material Planning processes;
Reducing errors;
Reducing the amount of production exceptions;
Minimizing the effort (added costs & total teams time spent) required to resolve issues;
Minimizing the cycle time of resolving issues;
Collecting high quality data in regards to issues;
Setting up PPIs.
To achieve this we have set up a multitude of initiatives and divided these into 3 categories.
Standardization initiatives; the goal within this category is to define and standardize the in-scope processes.
Standardization & Improvement initiatives; for the processes within this category the aim is to define, improve and standardize the processes, an example would be the High Risk SKU list.
Major initiatives; with the major initiatives we want to tackle more complex but high impact improvements such as designing and implementing an optimal, dynamic, issue management flow.
We aim to execute the set initiatives, and deliver on the objectives, by the start of July. In the meantime we will be keeping you up to date with the latest changes and improvements!

Statutory leave of 2023
Please keep in mind that you need to take the statutory leave of 2023 (wettelijk verlof 2023) before the 1st of July 2024, otherwise the hours will expire by law. Note that these hours cannot be paid out, so make sure to take them up in time!
You can check your current statutory leave balance of 2023 in AFAS => Verlof / Leave of absence => Wettelijke rechten 2023 /Legal rights 2023
For all managers: make sure the leave request are approved in time as well!

First All Hands at Prismalaan 🚀💚
Last Monday, we organized the first All Hands session for our frontline colleagues! With more than 600 people attending spread over 5 sessions during the day, we dare to say our first All Hands was a big success! This day has shown how good preparation and teamwork lead to an amazing result. And as this was only the first All Hands, we're sure the next ones will be even better.
