With the upcoming site merge we will see some familiar faces in iX-tech, our p2l supplier. You have most likely seen their p2l technology at either our kitting lines or our delicious HelloFresh Market line. 

Speaking about the Market line, iX-tech was on site this week to significantly reduce its footprint from 13 working stations to only 10 without comprising the current addon offering.

However, that's not all. 

In the upcoming few weeks they will help us to reduce the footprint of the Market line even more by assisting us to change the iconic u-shape of the line to a straight line. Finally, with the Green Chef production around the corner iX-tech will be working in the new Green Chef kitting area to equip the new kitting lines with DMP hardware.

Did you know that iX-tech is as of recently part of the Global team making them officially our colleagues! 

Last, Wednesday March 8th was international women's day. 

Why did we celebrate this? 

On 8 March 1908 in New York, women went on strike for the first time for an eight-hour working day, better working conditions and voting rights. This strike marked the beginning of women's emancipation and the fight against discrimination against women. 

We have already had many submissions from colleagues who have registered for the birthday calendar.

As mentioned in newsletter W50 in 2022 a few of our colleagues have been on training days in the past few months to get their Green Belt. 

During these, they studied various lean & six sigma theories which they can apply in their work. And they are already doing this by running projects for everyone to adapt their learnings with the aim of improving our current processes.

Next Wednesday, these colleagues will take the exam! Of course, we wish them success with the exam!
