Next week, Wednesday March 8th is international women's day.
Why do we celebrate this?
On 8 March 1908 in New York, women went on strike for the first time for an eight-hour working day, better working conditions and voting rights. This strike marked the beginning of women's emancipation and the fight against discrimination against women.

The MAO orders and picks are increasing.
In the first chart you can see that the MAO team has picked 145387 items in Box week W09 which were packed over 29405 orders. Currently the weekly production line speed average is 928 which is incredibly fast! Good job to the production team.
The last chart shows how many minutes we spent per box. Right now all the work that is done by the preparation team including the pick & pack team tells us that we need 2.54 minutes to produce a HFM (MAO) customer order.
The focus is to keep this number as low as possible.
Happy birthday to Green Chef! Or in fact, happy mid-birthday.
The first 26 weeks of Green Chef have passed and we can for sure say 'time flies when you're having fun'. This week we have reached the wonderful milestone of 4k boxes!
Let's have a look at those past 26 weeks. We started with 164 boxes in boxweek 35 with 16 different recipes in total. In only 6 months' time, our menu already expanded to 21 different recipes. We've introduced our online Mailstreet booklet, we've implemented dedicated GC routes and a loyalty test is about to start. We are continuously trying to improve the customer journey and make our customers happier than ever :)
But of course, none of this would have been possible without the great effort and dedication from all of you. Many thanks and we're looking forward to our first year anniversary!

As part of our company OKR around standardization, last Monday until Wednesday representatives from all our Global markets and teams came together at Klappolder for an inventory summit.
All markets have a different inventory process, so we had discussions to create a standardized inventory process, which can be implemented across the border.
Interesting points and best practices are included in the harmonized process. We are looking forward to the next steps to implement and put these ideas into practice.
