As of this week, we are trialing a new Photo System at our DC in Bleiswijk. This system will essentially take a photo of every single box and assign it to a unique customer ID. Hereby, we hope to improve / resolve the following two ongoing challenges:

1. Unfortunately - rarely - it happens that customers receive an item that does not belong to the box (i.e. Walkie talkies). With the photosystem we hope to proactively flag such items and, thus, prevent those from being shipped in the first place - see photo below.

2. Prevent fraudulent behavior of (a few of) our customers: The Customer Care team will (also) be able to access all of the photos and, thus, be able to verify (based on the photo of the box) whether a customer - who was claiming a missing meal-kit - was actually missing a meal-kit. This hopefully will allow us to reduce the overall amount of incorrect claims.
