PROJECT IKEA - FACTOR Production

For the ones who don't know Project IKEA yet🎯;  The goal of this project is to facilitate FACTOR Nordics P&P operations from Benelux Cluster and moving the production of FACTOR from our MAO (HFM line) to the A06 (P2L) Assembly line. This project contributes to OKR 3.4 

What is the current status?

Last week the Global Innovation HUB Team successfully installed and tested the P2L hardware on our A06 P2L line and with that, we ticked off the last checkmark of Phase 2! As of BW08 we will start producing FACTOR BNL from our A06 P2L Production line. Over the recent weeks we've asked a lot from you as a stakeholder in order to achieve the 2nd milestone. Thanks for all of your input and please keep on sharing this during the 3rd phase to make this project a great success! Below you can find a small overview of topics that we have finished in phase 2.

What is yet to come?

With the completion of Phase 2 we are moving to the last stage of Project IKEA (phase 3). This phase will completely focus on setting up the end to end data/information and production flow within the Benelux in order to facilitate the launch of FACTOR in our Nordics cluster (Denmark & Sweden).
