Production Updates
Project PAX (Green Chef)
In week 14 Project PAX will go live. Project PAX enables Green Chef customers to add an extra protein to their recipe. This is similar to what we already have for HelloFresh (Modularity) or previously known as “Hello Extra”.
To be more in detail on the website the customer sees the option to add something extra to their meal (see picture).
As soon as the orders are final, we are making sure that this extra item will be picked via our HFM line P2L line (MAO line). Later at assembly we will add the MAO order via #Megaao to the customer order.

Team lead training has started 🥳🚀
We are super excited that the training for our team leads has started! The training will be attended by all team leaders of Kitting, Assembly, Mao and Internal transport, and is designed to make sure our team leads can strengthen their leadership and communication skills. During the six trainings taking place from February to April, they will learn about things like effective communication and how to be a role model as a team lead. As one of our values is "Learning never stops", we are happy that we can offer this training to the team leads. We're looking forward to growing together and to develop the leadership potential of our team leads even more! If you have any questions, you can reach out to the People Ops team.
New HR consultation hours
Due to project Nightshift starting next week, the People Ops team will change the consultation hour. On Monday, there will be an additional consultation moment from 12:30-13:00. On Friday, the moment will be changed to half an hour as well, from 10:00-10:30. The monthly hour on Monday evening will continue.
