BENELUX OKRs 2024
Together with a lot of help from all teams, the leadership team finalized the overall Benelux OKRs. You will also find our Domain OKRs on the next tabs in this sheet: instead of having ~15 sets of team-level OKRs we chose to cluster them for the Customer, Marketing, Operations & Green Chef domain. 2024 Production Roadmap - link
Next Thursday, the Production Leading Team will have the first monthly (re)prioritisation session of 2024. Within this session the team will discuss which projects on the roadmap need to have more (or less) focus and how we can make sure we meet de timelines. As of next week, we will share updates and important topics regarding the projects within production via the weekly newsletter!

Nightshift 12 February
As of the 12th of February 2024 (box week 7) we are shifting to a day production set-up. This results in changes in the starting times of our production for Mondays and Tuesdays. There will be no changes to the Production schedule on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday.
In order to make this schedule change, we had to set-up new agreements with our suppliers. Given that this is a new scenario for HelloFresh, we don’t know if suppliers meet our requirements and therefore the impact on production and schedules remains uncertain. This means that we may need to adjust the schedules again after a test period. We expect to communicate another small change in starting times in the beginning of March 2024 (around box week 10).
Why are we doing this?
We are making this change because we are aiming for more similar starting time across all Production days. We believe that this will have a positive impact on your health and well-being.
Maintaining a consistent work-life rhythm contributes to enhancing your sleep and overall health. Additionally, a predictable routine can lead to increased productivity, reduced stress levels, and better overall well-being.
Visit of team Belgium at Prismalaan
On Friday January 19th, many logistics team leads and the HR team from Belgium visited our DC. We gave them a tour of the facility and they helped our pick&packers for about 45 minutes. They were super enthusiastic, as some had been waiting for 3 years already to visit. They expressed their respect for our frontline stars and how they could work in the cold for so long, as most of the Belgian team were already cold after 45 minutes. It was a big success and it shows the importance of having other teams at our site and to show them what they do. Our processes now give them insights as to why some things and procedures are done a certain way.
