We finally got snow! It's cold, but a lovely sunny week! Have you been enjoying the weather these days?

No drinks and food on the production floor!
Consuming or carrying drinks and food on the production floor is prohibited. Unfortunately, broken packages containing food leftovers or cans of drinks were found in the hall last week. Pests are likely to descend on these. Draw each other's attention to this!
In addition, the doors of dock 1,2,3 and 26 are kept open unnecessarily for own convenience. Again, the risk of letting pests in is high. Let us work together to ensure that food hygiene is not compromised!
New joiners!
Liza Smit
Hi all!
Many of you I have already seen or spoken to briefly but for those I still missed, I am Liza 27 years old and I am joining the HR team as a Junior HR specialist. As of 1 January, I started working at Hello Fresh.
I love cooking, but whether I'm good at it is question 2 which is why HelloFresh is a super solution!
My favorite recipe this week is the penne with burrata! Easy, always good and everyone can join in!
Annemiek van Beest
Hi everyone,
I’m Annemiek van Beest. On January 16th I joined the FSQA team as Health & Safety Specialist for the DC in Bleiswijk.
For me safety is not only making sure HelloFresh is compliant to the different occupational laws and regulations, but most important to make sure everybody can perform their job in a safe way and go home healthy and safely at the end of their shift.
Now some fun facts about me:
Everywhere I go, unconsciously I will always check for the emergency exits. I picked up this habit while working in event security.
A big passion of mine is diving. Abroad in tropical waters, but also here in the Netherlands there is a beautiful underwater world to explore. You might think it seems like a dangerous hobby for a safety professional, but when following all the checks it is a relatively safe sport to do.
The Whatsapp group of me and my friends is called ‘Eetvrienden’ (in English ‘Food friends'). Which explains itself: I like to be with friends and share some good food.
I’m excited to get to know everyone. And if you ever have questions or suggestions on how to make HelloFresh a safer workplace (or you want to know more fun facts about me), please feel free to reach out to me!
Daniëlle Huppertz
Hi all,
My name is Daniëlle Huppertz and I joined at the beginning of this year (2nd of Jan) as the new Site Quality Manager.
I am originally from the south of the Netherlands (Zuid Limburg), but currently live with my husband Lennart and daughter Tirza (8 months) in Gouda. I enjoy living in this cozy small city and like exploring various activities or restaurant menu’s during the weekend. With Tirza keeping us busy with her high level of energy and current early-walking skills, we are also starting to explore more children's activities like the animal-farms and playgrounds in the area :). Furthermore, I do spinning and running (to keep a bit in shape;)) and want to pick up my pottery hobby again.
I am excited to be part of the HelloFresh team and look forward to all the activities and projects we will work on together. Upcoming period I will take some time to explore and discover all the things there are to know about our processes, check in with my team of Keurmeesters and others on priorities and requests and based upon this create an actionplan for upcoming periods and this year.
