What is your function at HelloFresh?
I am working as an Operations Manager for the HelloFresh Market (MAO). In this role, I am responsible for all the operational processes in regard to the HFM.
Since when do you work at HelloFresh?
I’ve been working for HelloFresh since 2016! Next month I’ll be 7 years within HelloFresh. I started working as a driver at HUB Rotterdam, HUB Den Haag (Forepark!!), HUB Bleiswijk and during the corona period HUB Nieuwegein. When we reopened HUB Rotterdam I became logistics team lead. In February 2021, I finished my Bachelor study so it became time for a new challenge and thus moved from logistics to production, and almost 2 years later, I am still enjoying every day at work :)
Do you have a favourite dish?
I don't have a special dish I like. I mainly like Mexican and Italian cuisine. But a good traditional dutch boerenkool stamppot met rookworst is also one of my favorites.
Referral bonus of €1000 (gross)
We are excited to share that we have increased the referral bonus to 1000 euros (gross) for two hard to fill positions in Bleiswijk: HR (OPS) Specialist (Mid level) and HR (OPS) Specialist (Senior level). Referrals are a priority source of hire as it leads to finding better quality candidates, faster. Importantly, referred candidates are also more likely to show higher performance and retention. Sounds good right?
