Starting from 09-January, the Quality & Safety Culture Survey will go live. You will have the opportunity to tell us (anonymously) how the quality and safety is arranged at the hubs. So what is going well, and how can we still improve?

In the past week, at Klappolder, we finished our storage racks. Magnetes with codes are placed on them, to make our administration correct.
Referral bonus of €1000 (gross)
We are excited to share that we have increased the referral bonus to 1000 euros (gross) for two hard to fill positions in Bleiswijk: HR (OPS) Specialist (Mid level) and HR (OPS) Specialist (Senior level). Referrals are a priority source of hire as it leads to finding better quality candidates, faster. Importantly, referred candidates are also more likely to show higher performance and retention. Sounds good right?
Please take some time to think through your network and refer your friends, family, ex colleagues, acquaintances. We want to hear from you why you believe they will be a good fit and for you to share their CV via Greenhouse or contact Aylin directly. The conditions for receiving the bonus can be found here, and inspiration for sharing on socials here!
