Please check your child's backpack.  Tonight, two very important documents went home.

1) Free and Reduced Lunch Application.--  I know it seems silly to fill this out because lunch and breakfast are free for ALL students.  But when you fill out this form, you help our school receive federal Title 1 funds.  These funds pay for our intervention teachers who give learners a boost!  I know it's a pain and awkward, but it matters.  If you need help let us know and we can set up a time to help you fill it out.

2) Media Release Opt-Out form---   You DON'T have to fill this out.  UNLESS you do not want your child to ever have their photo taken.  This is an opt-out-- read carefully.

There are about 1 million awesome things about White River School.  The down side, is the parking.  Parking is allowed in all spots around the school and in the municipal lot (Co-Op)  You cannot park along the buildings of our neighbors (Sterns, Co-op, or Eye care center)-- unless you are also running in to get some kiwi's!  Please be mindful of their businesses in the afternoon and do not block their drive ways as you wait to pull through.

Drop off in the bus turn around is meant to be a drop and go.  If you or your child need more time please find a place to park and walk them to the front gate.
