Walk to School Day

White River School and the WRS PTA are holding a Walk to School Day on May 11th.  Busses will run as normal, but will drop ALL students off at the Bugbee Senior Center where school staff and the PTA will greet them. Car riders are also encouraged to be dropped off at the senior center from 7:45-8:00. Better yet, park your car across the street and walk with us as a family!  At 8:00 AM we will all walk to school together.  This is a fun event to encourage physical activity and build community in a safe way.  See flier below.  If for some reason you do not want your child to participate, you can drop them off at school from 7:45-8:00 AM where staff members will be on recess duty as normal.  We hope you will all consider joining us!
