If your student rides the bus to or from school, they will be receiving an assigned seat starting Monday. In the morning students will remain seated on the bus until a school staff member climbs aboard and dismisses them. In the afternoon we will aslo make sure they get on the bus in the correct seat. The tags will indicate a side (Driver or Passenger) and a row number.
If your child only rides once and a while they will be assigned a seat that day.
If you have any questions come up please don't hestitate to reach out.

This week kindergarten students used their singing voices to perform The Moose Song for an audience; complete with choreography! The students were thrilled to get up on the classroom’s stage and show off the work they have been doing for the past few weeks. Throughout the rehearsal process we learn, analyze, evaluate and refine our singing and dancing to be prepared for performance.
Our teams of kindergarteners worked together on a performance they should be proud of!
This week the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classes have been exploring Dramatic Moments. What makes something dramatic? Why do playwrights write about life’s dramatic moments?
To better answer these questions the students engaged in games of Obstacle Course. One student stands on one end of the run which is covered in inconveniently placed classroom objects with their eyes closed. It is the goal of their partner on the other side to verbally guide them through the obstacles safely. The dramatic moments follow naturally, with the students letting out gasps of surprise and anticipation as each student narrowly navigates the course. The stronger the teamwork the more successful the mission!
Be sure to ask your student what makes these moments so dramatic.
