Short Survey on Volunteer Opportunities and Home School Connection
During the school day on Tuesday, December 14th, each grade level (K-5) and the 5th grade band will be recorded separately performing a concert song. The videos will then be edited together into a virtual concert. The link to that video will be shared through Google Drive with student families some time before December break.
The students have been working very hard to learn and practice their concert songs, and we would love to have as many involved in the performance as possible. Please make every effort for your student(s) to attend school on Tuesday, December 14th if possible. Also, if you didn't sign a media release form earlier in the year, you should have received a letter asking your preferences specifically regarding the concert recording. Please send that back to your student's teacher as soon as possible.
Students are welcome to wear their concert best for the performances, but no special attire is required. They will need to wear masks while performing. Students in 5th grade band will need to bring their instruments to school on Tuesday, December 14th.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Wadleigh at wadleighl@hartfordschools.net. We are excited to be able to perform again and looking forward to a fun virtual performance!
