In the event of the death of a member of the school community, the Head of School shall be immediately informed in order to ensure a sensitive and proper response.
Recognizing that the loss of a member of the school community is deeply felt, the Board shall consider the acceptance of memorials in honor of deceased students, employees or other members of the community on an individual basis. The Head of School may recommend an appropriate memorial and shall obtain written permission from family members prior to making any final arrangements.
