The Board of Trustees and the Administration shall remain committed to strategic planning to continually improve the school’s instructional and extracurricular offerings, to strengthen productive educational partnerships, to create a positive work environment in a self-renewing organization and to ensure that the school's budget priorities, as demonstrated in the capital and operating budgets, reflect the goals set out in the strategic plan. The Board of Trustees and the Administration shall seek to ensure that a broad range of stakeholders actively participate in the strategic planning process.
During the strategic planning process, the Board of Trustees shall provide leadership, monitor progress, and assess recommendations for consideration. While the Board of Trustees has ultimate oversight over the direction and priorities that comprise the strategic plan, the Board delegates the authority to implement the strategic plan to the Administrative Council.
