The Board of Trustees may recommend the dissolution of the Association to a general or extraordinary meeting at which a quorum of one-third of the members of the Association is present. Three-fourths of the members present must approve the dissolution .

Upon dissolution of the Association or upon the discontinuance of tax-privileged purposes, the assets of the Association shall pass to a non-profit organization, that will use the assets solely for educational purposes and the promotion of youth welfare.

Der Beirat kann die Auflösung des Vereins einer ordentlichen oder außerordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung empfehlen, bei der, um beschlußfähig zu sein, mindestens ein Drittel sämtlicher Mitglieder des Vereins anwesend sind. Die Auflösung kann nur mit einer Mehrheit von dreiviertel der anwesenden Mitglieder beschlossen werden.

Bei Auflösung des Vereins oder bei Wegfall steuerbegünstigter Zwecke fällt das Vermögen des Vereins an eine juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder eine andere steuerbegünstigte Köperschaft zwecks Verwendung für die Erziehung von Kindern und die Förderung der Jugendhilfe.
