Monday11/30 Prepare for the essay portion of the Pride and Prejudice exam. Watch the movie to refresh your memory and re-read the passage. Make sure you have a good outline and have picked out meaty quotations that you can reflect on in-depth.Tuesday12/1Begin reading Pygmalion. Please finish reading and watching the play by Monday. The reading quiz will be on Monday.Wednesday12/2On Google Classroom, complete the practice timed writing assignment on poetry.Thursday12/3Finish (or mostly finish) reading Pygmalion tonight so that you have time to watch the movie over the weekend. The test will not be until Monday.Friday12/4Finish reading Pygmalion if you have not done so already. Finish watching the movie to help you study for the exam in a fun way. If you’re reading another IR book, make sure to read some as all 2nd Quarter IR tests are due by the end of next week, December 10.

Reflection: Read the Scoring Guidelines for the Prompt #1 and Prompt #2 and, from what you remember, score your 3 timed writings. (I do not have a link to the Scoring Guidelines for Prompt #3, so you’re just going to have to use your best judgement.)
