Tuesday’s exam will consist of two sections: 1) Quotation Identification and Reflection and 2) Paragraph Answer.

You may earn up to 10 points extra credit on the exam on Wednesday if you write down thorough answers to the following questions.
1. Describe Hale’s character and how he changes by the end of the play.

4. Describe Rebecca Nurse’s character and her role in the play.

8. What is the symbolism of making Proctor sign his name to the confession in Act IV?
