Reader’s Theatre
Model and explain how teachers project their voice when they are teaching. Model reading with no expression/reading too fast/slow/not pausing at punctuation (select one aspect to focus on) then model reading with (selected aspect).
Differentiated Independent Practice
Introduce Readers Theatre. Students to practice their scripts in small groups- focussing on teachers chosen aspect.
Scripts are in the Orbit, smash ect magazines.
