Solar Family - 

Solar Prep prides itself in nurturing the talents of both our students and staff. As we work to develop leaders who will make a greater impact on our world, we acknowledge that this inevitably leads to saying goodbye to colleagues when they are promoted or seeking their next adventure.  

I invite you to join me in celebrating our three APs who have all accepted promotions for the upcoming school year.  Ms. Bridgett Ladipo is the new principal of Sudie Williams TAG! We are confident she will continue to have a positive impact on Dallas ISD students as she leads her own campus. Ms. Jessica Banda has been named Dean of Upper Elementary at the Momentous School and Ms. Porsche Brackens is joining the Sunset High School Administration. 

I am proud that these amazing assistant principals have had such meaningful experiences during their time with us, and have been chosen to continue their work at campuses where they will continue to make an impact and share our Solar magic with the greater Dallas community. The departure of any school leader is bittersweet because any member of our Trailblazer team is part of our family and always will be. 

In the coming weeks, I will share details about our two new assistant principals. I am  pleased with the talent they hold and I am confident that their skill sets will help us continue to shine!
