The work is assessed through design briefs and completed practical projects. Students are required to produce a portfolio. The course prepares the students for NCEA Level 1 Materials Technology and BCITO Unit Standards.
Cost contribution: $80 (If the student wishes to take the product home) plus cost for ‘additional’ materials used.
Please note this is an estimate and may change with the cost of available timber.
