Late Arrivals

LATE ARRIVALS 

In order for students to have the best possible adaptation, it is critical that they arrive on the program start date. Furthermore, Barcelona SAE expects students to attend the required orientations. Late arrivals may be allowed only in very extenuating circumstances. Please note that requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed. We advise that students do not finalize any travel arrangements until the Barcelona SAE advisor has confirmed that permission for a late arrival has been granted.

Those who arrive late due to FLIGHT DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS:

If your flight is delayed, please email arrival@barcelonasae.com right away to keep us updated and let us know your new flight details. We will be checking that email consistently on your arrival date, along with your flight status. 

If by the time you have landed you have not received an email response from us, please call the emergency phone (0034 675 23 56 56) to inform us that you have landed and we will give you directions on where to go.
