Office hours
Normal on-site office hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9 am-6 pm (with a break from 2-3 pm)
Closed on Friday's (except for February 16th, April 5th, and April 12th): 9am-2pm
Most of our staff work from home at least one day a week, so if you'd like to speak with a specific member of our team, we recommend that you make an appointment with us in advance. Please email us or see our staff directory for more information.
*** Please, keep in mind that the office is closed on weekends and on local/national Spanish holidays. Office hours are subject to change throughout the year.

I need to print
Where should I go?
If you need to print something for class, you're welcome to print it out on the student printer, located in the staff office on the 4th floor of the BSAE office building and SIS study center.
If it's something non-academic (boarding passes, train tickets, etc.), you can find info on where to print on the page for each campus within the Academics section of this guide.
💡Otherwise, search Google/Apple Maps for "copistería" to find the printing shop closest to you!
