Withdraw Request

If you need to withdraw from a course or the institution, submit a formal request here. Approval will be required from the administration.

To send a withdraw request:

1. Open the Withdraw Request menu.

2. Select Send Withdraw Request.

3. The following screen will appear.

On this screen, select the Registration Term and enter a Reason for your request. Both fields are mandatory.

When complete, click Send Request to submit.
